Part 1 Project Overview 1. Safety Organization Management (1) Organizational Structure 1. Establish a safe production and civilized construction leading group, with the project manager as the team leader, the technical director and the safety officer as the deputy team leaders. Construction workers, material workers and others (as needed) are team members, job responsibilities are clearly defined, and rewards and punishments are honored. 2. According to the construction organization design and company requirements, combined with the actual situation of the construction site, formulate reward and punishment measures for safe production and civilized construction systems at the construction site. 3. If safety protection measures are not complete, there will be serious hidden dangers. Or the management personnel give blind instructions and safety cannot be guaranteed. The safety officer has the right to stop the work and adhere to the one-vote veto system. (2) The safety management goal is to have no fatal accidents. There were no serious injuries, and the overall minor injury rate did not exceed 3‰. There were no fires or major traffic accidents. The rectification rate of general accident hazards is over 95%. All special jobs require certificates. The construction site safety pass rate is 100%, and the excellent and good rate is over 50%. Safety is fully up to standard and we strive to create a civilized construction site in the city. Safety goals (casualty accident control goals, safety standards, and civilized construction goals) must be controlled yearly and monthly. The goals are divided into people, responsibilities are implemented, and people are assessed. (3) Basic requirements for safe production 1. Implement the policy of "safety first, prevention first". Management of production must manage safety, so that safety work and production tasks can be planned, arranged, inspected, summarized, and evaluated at the same time at the same time. Protective measures are constructed in advance and delivered for use after acceptance. 2. Strengthen the publicity and education on production safety. After workers report in, a meeting will be held to publicize relevant laws and regulations according to the number of registered workers. The project manager will sign a "Production Safety Contract" with each person. Those who have not been educated, trained and signed the contract will Not allowed to work on duty. 3. For each sub-project, the project manager or construction worker will make a safety disclosure to the team according to the type of work. The disclosure requirements are specific and clear, and there must be formal written records and signatures. Special types of work, such as erecting workers, tower mechanics, electricians, etc., make special technical briefings according to safety technical standards and regulations, form a written text, and deliver it after signature. 4. The safety leading group conducts a safety inspection of the construction site every month. If there are any problems, timely conduct meetings in sections or groups to educate them and make them rectify. 5. Every day, safety officers and team leaders give safety speeches to the team, check safety preparations, closely follow the production system, conduct supervision, promptly correct illegal operations, and resolutely stop risky operations. Their education may need to be recorded and signed to sound the alarm cautiously. 6. Strictly use the "three treasures". Those who work at heights without wearing safety helmets or seat belts will be fined 5-30 yuan at a time. Those who do not listen to dissuasion will have their operations stopped. Safety nets are erected at intervals of one layer and must be strong and reliable and meet regulatory requirements. 7. It is strictly forbidden to go to work after drinking, and it is not allowed to go barefoot, wear slippers, or hard-soled shoes to work. It is not allowed to throw objects downwards from high places. Violators will be fined 5-30 yuan. 8. "Four exits": pits, wells, flammable and explosive places, power supply devices and dangerous areas, set up guardrails and set up red light warnings at night. 9. Special types of work, such as electricians, scaffolders, welders, crane workers, mechanics, etc., must hold certificates to work. Personnel without certificates are not allowed to operate. 10. Mechanical equipment has leakage protection devices and zero grounding. Construction wires are set up overhead and are not allowed to be dragged on the ground. Switches and sockets are concentrated in distribution boxes. There are rainproof devices and are managed by electricians. 11. Frequently inspect and maintain mechanical equipment. Construction operations can only begin after a trial run every day. It is strictly forbidden to operate mechanical equipment such as tower cranes when they are sick. 12. Use 36-volt low-voltage street lights in places prone to electric shock accidents and mobile lighting. 13. Mixing tables, steel bar production sites, and carpentry production sites must be operated under solid scaffolding. Grinding machines, water pump operators and electricians must wear insulating shoes and gloves when working. 14. Temporary facilities such as carpentry rooms, warehouses, work sheds, and kitchens must be equipped with sufficient fire-extinguishing equipment and have eye-catching warning signs. Smoking is strictly prohibited. 15. For summer construction, there should be corresponding ten drops of water, cooling oil, etc., heatstroke prevention medicines, and shading measures should be provided in locations exposed to the sun. There are protective measures against dust and toxic gases. 16. If a safety accident occurs, in addition to actively rescuing the injured and reporting the incident, we must follow the "three no-misses" principle to identify the cause, clarify responsibilities, and make effective rectifications. Operation. (4) Basic safety management information Safety archive information is one of the basic work of safety.
