The operation steps are as follows:

1. First, we see the information in the following table. Let's take this table for example.

Displaying photos is more troublesome than displaying data. E3: E6 in the search worksheet is a merged cell, so photos cannot be displayed directly. You need to insert a control to display photos. Select a text box control from the control toolbox and add a medium-sized text box control in the E3:E6 area.

2. For example, the formula to be filled in cell D3 is =CONCATENATE(MID(C3, 7, 4), "year", MID(C3, 1 1, 2), "month", MID(C3, 13, 2).

3. After adding the text box, select it with the mouse, and you will find a formula in the edit bar at the top of the table, which needs to be modified. Change the formula to "= picture"

4. Select C2 cell, and select data validity under the data tab. Series can be selected, and source input = file management table! A3: A2 ",and then click OK.

5. The next step is to query employee information according to "employee number". For example, enter the formula = vlookup(C2, file management table! 3 Australian dollars: 20.2 Hong Kong dollars)
