1. Operation precautions:

3. How to deal with common problems

(1) Item

1) The mesh becomes larger and larger when knitting

A. Check whether the circuit is in poor contact.

3) Check whether the screws of the mesh motor are loose. Check whether the turntable is smooth.

4) Check whether the eye sensor is damaged.

5) Check whether the three pins of the pressure needle are in place. The National Flower series depends on the swing of the electromagnet.

6) If the mesh is too tight, it cannot come out of the loop and the connecting pins will be hit.

7) Check whether the needle guide block of the needle transfer triangle is smooth and flexible.

8) Check the bottom plate and whether the slider is in place and flexible.

(3) Random printing (random needle selection)

1) Check whether the random printing on the fabric is regular, for example, which needle selector is the problem.

2) See if it is a stolen selection or a missed selection. Adjust the gap between the needle selector and the needle bed.

3) Adjust needle selection parameters, needle selection origin, and needle selection fine-tuning.

4) Check whether the needle selection stitch is too tight or too loose on the needle bed. Is it smooth?

5) Check the circuit to see if each plug is plugged in properly and see if there is any poor contact.

6) Check whether the main drive belt is too loose.

7) Check whether the needle ruler is too tight or too loose.

8) Replace the needle selection substrate.
