Management after ureteropelvic junction plasty
1. Penrose drainage tube was removed 3 ~ 4 days after operation. Mushroom catheter and plastic tube should be kept for at least 3 weeks until the tissue is completely healed.

2. Adjust the pH value of urine after operation to make it slightly acidic, so as to reduce urinary salt deposition.

3. Pay close attention to the catheter and wash it 1 ~ 2 times a day to avoid blockage.

4. 3 weeks after operation, pyelography was performed through mushroom catheter. If the contrast agent overflows, the mushroom-shaped catheter and plastic support tube should be kept; If there is no overflow, pull out the plastic pipe first, and then clip the mushroom catheter after 2 ~ 3 days. If there is no pain, lump and temperature increase in the affected side of the waist, the mushroom-shaped catheter can be removed. If the above symptoms appear, the mushroom catheter should be reopened for further examination and treatment.

5. Patients should be closely observed after wound healing until urine culture turns negative. Postoperative pyelography showed that the renal pelvis was emptied well and hydronephrosis was relieved, but regular follow-up was still needed.
