How to install 2mm thick radiation-proof lead plate in operating room
1. All exposed lead surfaces must be painted to prevent lead oxidation from producing lead dioxide. (It is recommended to use double plywood to prevent it from being exposed)

Second, because there are too many hanging bars, pipes and fixing frames on the ceiling, it is very inconvenient to carry out large-scale construction. It is recommended to construct in a small area (such as 6*8 and 6*6 lead plates). Lead plates must be overlapped when installed, and the overlapping width should be ≥ 5 mm.

third, the installation method is to use all-purpose glue to point and paste the ceiling beam surface, and then use L3*3 angle steel to fix the ¢8 expansion bolt @≤5 at the flat-fell seam of the lead plate. When meeting the fixed bracket, use scissors to cut the gap and hole, bypass the fixed bracket or hanger bar for installation, and then use lead plate to repair the gap and hole.

4. After installation, apply antirust paint twice.

the simplest thing is to attach the lead plate to the density board and use the expansion screws to wall it.

the horizontal angle steel keel is installed on the wall, and the angle steel spacing is the same as that of the lead plate. The stainless steel angle code is fixed on the lead plate, which is a dry pendant, and it is fixed with screws. The lead plate hung with stainless steel angle code is installed on the wall transverse angle steel with matching screws, and the verticality and levelness can be adjusted. Note: Angle steel model should be larger than 5# as far as possible.

Precautions for installing radiation-proof lead plate are self-evident:

1. Radiation-proof lead plate is a brittle material with a large specific gravity, so it must be handled with care when moving.

2. When installing, the periphery of the glass must be staggered with the wall protection material to prevent radiation leakage at the joint.

3. Lead glass is easily polluted by acid and alkali because of its rich lead and barium. It is not easy to install or store in sour gas or humid environment.

4. The surface of the lead plate of the radiation protector is easy to be scratched, so care must be taken not to touch it with sharp things during construction.

In summary, it is unnecessary to completely block it. In fact, radioactivity is everywhere, and there are rays in the surrounding space. Just control it within a reasonable range. In addition, pay attention to the above four points during installation.
