Go to the dental pulp department on the fourth floor first, and try to bleach it if possible (cold light whitening 1500 or so, household bleaching is cheaper). If dental fluorosis is too serious, you may have to make porcelain teeth.
Many white teeth products sold in the market are deceptive. And it has little effect on severe dental fluorosis.
