A good riveter is hard to find in reality, because the riveter needs: actual drawings, technology, workpiece modification, length of service, experience, plate unfolding, assembly and plate selection. Most of them are welders and riveters. A few years later, they declared themselves riveters. In essence, a real riveter needs 15~20 years of precipitation, preferably through many small and medium-sized enterprises. Don't look at big companies, because big companies are no longer riveters in today's society. I believe everyone knows why it is honed, because the drawings of each enterprise will be slightly different.
Under normal circumstances, welding does not belong to the riveter, but the riveter is afraid of excessive deformation of the workpiece, so the welding riveter also needs to intervene in management.
Welder: can recognize the welding symbol of the drawing, and the welded workpiece meets the processing requirements of the drawing: ""The deformation is not easy to be too large, and in many cases, the workpiece is welded with high current by riveting the movable joint of the welder frame, and the workpiece is scrapped if the deformation is too large. ""Even if the lacing is tightened and tempered, it will not work.
Today, I only talk about the difference between riveting and welding.
