In order to ensure the sound insulation effect, cables and fire pipes in the soundproof ceiling must be sealed with sealant when passing through the soundproof ceiling layer to prevent sound leakage. Lighting lamps without large holes, air conditioning outlets and air conditioning outlets will not damage the sealing performance of sound insulation ceiling, which will help to increase sound insulation capacity. The soundproof ceiling will not be moldy and deteriorated. Molded ceiling can be made of common materials, large hole lamps and air conditioning outlets.
2) The floor is designed as a floating sound insulation and vibration reduction floor, which is separated from the original structure by the vibration reduction cushion, effectively isolating the sound from hitting the floor of the original structure of the building and transmitting it to the whole building structure. The gap shall be sealed with dry cement mortar, and then poured in a large area after the cement concrete is dried to prevent the cement mortar from entering into a firm connection. During construction, the hopper car cannot be used on the composite sound insulation board to prevent crushing. Cement mortar can't flow into the gap.
When the ground is to be stepped, concrete cannot be used completely. Fill with cinder or ceramsite, and then level with 70 mm thick concrete. This can reduce the pressure on the damping pad. The ground wiring should be in the concrete layer, and the composite sound insulation board layer should not be damaged. Joints around the wall should be isolated with soft glue. It can't be hard-wired to the wall. The door should be isolated from the non-floating sound insulation and vibration reduction layer with soft glue, and cannot be hard connected with the non-floating sound insulation and vibration reduction layer.
3) Damping pad \ light steel keel \ composite sound insulation board is used for sound insulation treatment of wall reinforcement. The main purpose is to reduce the impact of sound waves on the wall. Damping pad should be installed correctly, and the safety of sound insulation board should not be affected by looseness. Composite sound insulation board should reduce holes. If cracks and holes appear in the partition wall, the sound insulation ability of the partition wall will be greatly reduced. If cracks and holes appear, they should be filled with putty.
4) The composite sound insulation board cannot directly fix the bulky TV cabinet. A wooden frame structure should be used as its support point.
The thickness and bulk density of the filled centrifugal glass wool affect the sound absorption effect. Because the sound is reflected back and forth many times in the cavity, it rubs against the glass wool, resulting in heat consumption. Using centrifugal glass wool with a thickness of 5cm and 32kg/m3 as filler, the sound insulation capacity can be improved by 3-5db.
