Jiujiang City, located at the junction of Jiangxi, Hubei, Anhui and Hunan provinces, is adjacent to Poyang County of Shangrao City and dongzhi county of Chizhou City, Anhui Province in the east; South of Nanchang Xinjian District, Anyi County, Yichun Jing 'an County, Fengxin County and Tonggu County; It borders Pingjiang County, Chongyang County, Tongcheng County, Tongshan County and Yangxin County of Huangshi City in the west.
