For open nasal bone fracture, we should strive to complete debridement, suture and reduction of nasal bone fracture in one stage. When the nasal septum is deviated or dislocated, open reduction should be performed. The fracture of nose, forehead and ethmoid orbit complex is often complicated with other severe craniocerebral injuries, and open reduction is appropriate.
