The basic stamping process of automobile panel includes blanking, pre-bending, drawing, trimming, punching, flanging and shaping (see table). The typical structure of automobile panel generally needs 4 ~ 6 processes, and some processes can be combined as needed, such as blanking and drawing, trimming and punching, flanging and shaping.
