Working principle of single-column hydraulic press
Hydraulic press is a device that uses liquid to transfer pressure. When liquid transfers pressure in a closed container, it follows Pascal's law.

The hydraulic transmission system of hydraulic press consists of power mechanism, control mechanism, executive mechanism, auxiliary mechanism and working medium.

The power mechanism usually adopts an oil pump as the power mechanism, which is generally a positive displacement oil pump. In order to meet the movement speed requirements of the actuator, select one oil pump or multiple oil pumps. Low pressure gear pump (oil pressure less than 2.5 MP); Medium pressure vane pump (oil pressure less than 6.3 MP); High pressure piston pump (oil pressure is lower than 32.0MP).

Hydraulic press usually refers to hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor, both of which are energy conversion devices in hydraulic system. The difference is that the hydraulic pump converts the mechanical energy of driving motor into the pressure energy of oil, which is the power device in the hydraulic system, while the hydraulic motor converts the pressure energy of oil into mechanical energy, which is the executive device in the hydraulic system.

Hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor commonly used in hydraulic system are all positive displacement, and their working principle is to use the change of sealing volume to absorb oil. In terms of working principle, most hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors are opposite, that is, when pressure oil is input, the hydraulic pump becomes a hydraulic motor, which can output speed and torque, but there are still some differences in structure between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor.

Single-column hydraulic press has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts button centralized control, which can realize three working modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic. The working pressure, pressing speed, no-load rapid descent and deceleration stroke and range of the machine can be adjusted according to the process needs. The ejection process can be completed in three process modes: ejection process and stretching process, and each mode is a constant pressure and fixed distance process. Constant pressure molding process has the delay and automation of demoulding after pressing. Single-column hydraulic press has a wide range of versatility, and is suitable for the processing and molding of various plastic materials, such as extrusion, bending, folding and stretching. At the same time, the hydraulic press can also be used to press and shape various plastics and powder products. In addition, single-column hydraulic press can also be used for product correction, press-fitting and molding.
