Usually, only the icon of recycle bin is opened on the desktop of WIN 10 system, as shown in the following figure:

Click the Start menu in the lower left corner, and then click the Settings button:

In the open interface, click the Select Personalization button:

Click the desktop icon in the theme to open the personalized interface:

Desktop icon settings window, select the computer, and then confirm:

You can see the management icon of this pc on the desktop (note: WIN 10 shows this pc), and the setting is complete.
