Hello, there is a kind of scar, medically called keloid. Is the skin connective tissue response to trauma beyond the normal range of performance. Scars often occur in the chest, shoulders and limbs, but not in the palms and soles.

Its treatment should first avoid all kinds of stimulation and trauma. Larger scars can't be removed by simple surgery. After removal, X-ray irradiation and local application of silicone mold are needed. Small scars can be treated with triamcinolone acetonide injection or liquid nitrogen freezing. After treatment, triamcinolone acetonide or topical corticosteroid can be used for treatment.
