The headdress is too heavy, so you can wear it near the top of your head, or insert it in the hair tied with rubber bands, or reinforce the headdress with a few small black hairpins at the joint between the hair and the hair accessories, which should reduce the weight burden on some heads.

If you wear a headdress similar to a crown, there are several ways: add an elastic band to the back of the crown, add a velvet pad to the bottom of the crown, and braid your head.
