(5) Production green space: refers to nurseries, flower beds and grass beds that provide seedlings, flowers and seeds for urban greening. Article 5 The municipal and district people's governments shall incorporate the urban landscaping construction into the national economic and social development plan, and earnestly organize its implementation. Article 6 The Municipal Bureau of Landscape Architecture is the administrative department in charge of urban landscaping in this Municipality. District and Town People's governments and sub-district offices are responsible for the construction and management of local landscaping. Article 7 All units and individuals shall take good care of greening achievements and greening facilities, and stop acts that damage greening. All citizens who are able to work have the obligation to green the city.
Units and individuals that have made remarkable achievements in the landscaping work shall be commended and rewarded by the municipal and district people's governments or the landscaping administrative departments. Article 8 The Municipal People's Government shall encourage scientific and technological research on landscaping, train scientific and technical personnel, popularize and apply advanced technologies, and improve the scientific and artistic level of landscaping and the ability of pest control.
