1. Cheng Yi University College (Jimei University) was established in 2003. Approved by the Ministry of Education, it is an independent college jointly organized by Jimei University and Fujian Jimei University Education Development Foundation.

2. Xinxiang Medical College, located in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, is an independent undergraduate college of western medicine. The origin of this school can be traced back to 1896, when Dr. Luo, a British Canadian, opened a western medicine clinic in Guweihui. Medical education began in 1922 Huimin hospital nursing school. The school was founded in 1950, formerly known as Pingyuan Medical College.
