Engineering quality standard: Party B shall clean up all silt and domestic garbage in the river according to Party A's requirements, and it shall be qualified only after reaching the handover requirements, and carry out the construction according to the bidding drawings.
Terms of payment for intransitive verbs
After the project is completed and accepted by the construction unit and relevant departments, Party A shall pay Party B 100% of the total project cost.
Seven. Responsibility of both parties
1. Party A is responsible for providing the use and design requirements of the whole project; Spot-check Party B's construction quality and progress anytime and anywhere; Party A shall ensure that Party B is not affected during the construction. Party A shall be responsible for the coordination and settlement of group disputes arising in the construction process, which shall not affect Party B's construction in principle; Party A shall communicate with the supervisor and the construction unit every day to verify the earthwork quantity. Party A shall provide Party B with a specific construction plan, and Party B shall strictly abide by the detailed rules of the plan. If the construction is not carried out in a barbaric manner according to the operation flow, all consequences shall be borne by Party B..
2. Party B: The garbage spilled by Party B on the road surface during sludge transportation shall be cleaned up in time, and if it causes adverse effects, Party B shall coordinate and solve it by itself; In the process of culvert dredging, Party B shall do a good job of ventilation, and resolutely put an end to personal safety accidents caused by lack of oxygen of staff due to poor ventilation. If it happens, all consequences shall be borne by Party B: during the culvert construction, workers must wear anti-virus equipment, and no open flames are allowed in the culvert. If the gas in the culvert explodes and burns due to smoking and other factors, resulting in personal safety accidents, all consequences shall be borne by Party B: in the process of culvert cleaning, it is necessary to dig holes in the culvert top cover, slot and lay asphalt pavement, and make warning signs at the entrance to avoid personal safety accidents caused by non-working personnel approaching. If it happens, all consequences shall be borne by Party B, and it shall be restored immediately after the construction is completed, so as to reduce the impact on road traffic. Toxic and harmful gases in culverts are measured every half hour, and the values are recorded in real time. If the toxic and harmful gases in the culvert are not measured due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall bear all consequences. The power supply in the culvert must be below 12V (including 12V). It is forbidden to pull the power supply without permission. If Party B connects the power supply privately and exceeds 12V, all consequences shall be borne by Party B.. During the construction period, all workers are forbidden to drink alcohol. If personal injury or death is caused by drinking, all consequences shall be borne by Party B; Other unfinished matters shall be implemented with reference to the specific construction plan.
Eight. Other matters:
Party A and Party B agree to reach the following agreement:
1. If the construction cannot be carried out due to special circumstances or force majeure, the construction period can be postponed; All losses caused by breach of contract shall be borne by the breaching party.
2. If Party A or Party B breaches the contract and fails to perform the contract, they may appeal to the superior competent department or arbitration institution.
3. Party B shall carefully and strictly carry out safe construction in accordance with the laws and industry regulations that define construction safety in foreign countries. If the construction project causes personal and property damage within the reasonable service period due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall be liable for damages.
4. Other matters not covered shall be settled by both parties through negotiation.
5. This contract is made in duplicate, which shall come into effect after being signed by both parties, and each party holds one copy, with the same legal effect.
