Qipanshan Ice and Snow World has been developed and built for eight years since it was launched in 1994, and now it has become a large-scale ice and snow tourist attraction with rich projects and complete facilities in Northeast China. In order to meet the needs of tourists, Ice and Snow World has opened more than 3 activities featuring sports, entertainment, adventure and excitement. Among them, the ice and snow activities are divided into north and south areas, and the south area is the alpine ski area, which has 1m, 8m and 6m long alpine ski resorts, 5m long ski driving range and 2m long children's ski driving range respectively, and is equipped with two towing ski ropeways, 116m high-altitude tube-rail slideway, time-space swivel chair, snow circle and other fashion projects, which will bring you high-level enjoyment and happiness. The ski area is also attached with two large snow gear depots with a building area of 2, square meters, and there are ski clothes rental, tourist souvenir shops, storage rooms, medical offices and so on.

in the north area, there are 4-meter-long international standard circular skating rink, children's amusement park, racecourse, camel garden, horse sledge, monkey sledge, sheep sledge, dog sledge, moraine, ice sculpture, climbing snow mountain and tug-of-war competition. There are also different grades of snowmobiles, children's snowmobiles, go-karts, all kinds of racing cars, manned parachutes of snowmobiles, a number of ice and snow slides, fireworks and firecrackers areas, and restaurants and entertainment areas with unique Mongolian grids. In the 1,3-square-meter ice and snow activity complex, there are high-grade and middle-grade restaurants, different grades of fast food, VIP rooms, tourist centers and other facilities that will be open to you at any time.

Qipanshan Ice and Snow World is open to visitors from the beginning of December to the end of February. At that time, there will be hotels and resorts of different grades in the scenic spot, which will provide you with accommodation and entertainment services.

At present, the reconstruction project of Shenqi Road leading to Qipanshan Scenic Area has been completed, and the two-way six-lane road can ensure smooth road traffic during the ice and snow festival. During the Ice and Snow Festival, Shenyang Passenger Transport Company will organize a number of luxury tourist buses to provide free on-site shuttle service for tourists. Visitors only need to log on to Shenyang Ski Network and register online or by telephone to enjoy the on-site shuttle service.
