How to measure waist circumference
1. In order to make the measurement result accurate, the surveyor needs to leak the whole waist and keep standing naturally.

2. Find the measuring position. Everyone's physical growth is different, and the measurement position is different. The measuring positions of low waist, middle low waist, middle waist and high waist are as follows:

(1) low waist: measure the waist circumference 2 inches below the navel.

(2) Low waist: Measure the waist circumference below the navel 1 inch.

(3) Middle waist: the waist circumference is measured at the navel position.

(4) High waist: Measure the waist circumference above the navel 1 inch.

In this process, we need to put a tape measure around our waist.

4. Use a tape measure, preferably a tape measure with values.
