Precautions before operation

① Patients with bleeding tendency, active period of important organs such as hypertension, heart, lung, liver and kidney, progressive diseases, uncontrolled diabetes and infectious diseases.

② Congenital amblyopia, strabismus, and acute and chronic infectious diseases with uncontrolled inner eye, outer eye or eye periphery.

③ Paralysis of facial nerve and incomplete closure of palpebral fissure.

④ Exophthalmos or eyelid retraction.

(5) Those who are mentally abnormal or have psychological barriers, lack knowledge of their own conditions, and blindly pursue unrealistic double eyelid forms.

6. Avoid the menstrual period.

Matters needing attention after operation

① Keep the wound clean after operation to prevent infection, and be careful not to wet the wound when washing your face before the incision heals.

② Attention should be paid to avoid external impact and strenuous exercise after operation.

③ Don't watch TV or newspaper within 1 week after double eyelid surgery, and it is best to lie in bed in a half-lying position (raising the pillow) to avoid eye fatigue or low head position, which will aggravate the swelling of the wound.

(4) Rest in a quiet and comfortable environment. Prevent excessive mood swings. Indoor air should be fresh and kept at a proper temperature. There is also a month to ban alcohol, avoid spicy food, and try to eat less seafood, mutton, fish and so on. Chinese patent medicines such as aspirin, warfarin, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are also banned.
