1. Start Word 20 13, open the document, click the icon in the upper left corner of the table, and select the whole table.

2. Right-click the selected table and select "Automatically adjust table according to content" from the shortcut menu. Word will resize the table according to its contents.

3. Right-click the table and select "Automatically adjust table according to window" from the shortcut menu. Word will resize the table according to the size of the current document page, so that the table is the same as the page width.
