Now more and more infrared rays (photoelectric protection devices) are installed on the punching machine. It forms an infrared protective net in front of the dangerous area of the punching machine. When a hand or other object blocks the light, its controller immediately sends a message to the punch to stop it (of course, the dangerous area beyond the bottom dead center will return directly). Generally, it is recommended to install a photoelectric protection device under the condition that two hands take and feed materials, many people cooperate and a single die is used in the punch. Now some regions or industries require their own enterprises to install photoelectric protection devices for punching machines. However, for some special punching machines, such as continuous die automatic feeding (no manual feeding), punching machines with protective doors (boards), and single punching machines without foot switches (only two-handed operation), photoelectric protection devices may not be used on the premise of ensuring safety.
Punch press is a stamping press. In national production, stamping technology has been more and more widely used because of its advantages of saving materials and energy, high efficiency, low technical requirements for operators and products that cannot be machined through various molds.
Stamping production is mainly aimed at sheet metal. Blanking, punching, forming, stretching, trimming, fine punching, shaping, riveting and extruding parts can be made through the die, which is widely used in various fields. For example, we use switch sockets, cups, cabinets, plates, computer cases, and even missile planes ... there are many accessories that can be produced by punching machines through molds.
