5. Registration matters

Information filling
Applicants must meet the conditions for applying for the position. Each applicant is limited to applying for one position, and use the same valid resident ID card to register and take the exam. When registering, you must fill in your resume truthfully and correctly as required, and upload your electronic photo. The photo must comply with the prescribed upload format, and provide effective communication methods. Otherwise, the applicant will be responsible for any problems that arise. Sign the "Candidate Integrity Commitment Letter", confirm it yourself, and submit it on-site when taking the written test. 6. Written test

Score query
The written test score is calculated based on 100 points. Candidates can log in to the Xin'an Talent Network seven working days after the end of the exam to check the written exam results.
In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, a minimum written examination score is set to control the passing score. Candidates who score more than 40 points in the written test can enter the next round of qualification review.
7. Qualification review
Qualification review candidates are selected according to the number of job recruitment plans for which candidates apply, and among the candidates for the same position, the written test scores are ranked from high to low on a 1:3 basis. The ratio is determined. Those who are less than the prescribed proportion will be determined based on the number of people who pass the written test. If there are multiple candidates with the same written test scores in the last place, they will all be determined as candidates for qualification review.
Xin'an Talent Network will review the qualifications of applicants. During the qualification review, applicants should provide their valid resident ID cards, academic certificates, etc. If the recruitment position has other requirements, relevant certification materials must be provided separately. The originals and copies of the above materials must be provided; those who fail to meet the deadline will be deemed to be automatically given up. , the shortfalls will be filled in equal amounts from high scores to low scores, and the filling will only be done once.
8. Online Assessment
This time three professional assessment tools are used: professional personality test, psychological risk assessment and job competency assessment.
Xin'an Talent Network conducts online assessments for candidates who have entered the interview and issues assessment results.
9. Interview
The interview is conducted in a semi-structured manner. It mainly tests the actual work ability and comprehensive quality of the candidates. The full score is 100 points. The total score of the candidate is combined according to the ratio of 4_6 of the written test and interview scores, with a full score of 100 points. Those whose interview score is less than 60 points will be disqualified from entering the next stage.
The interview is organized by Xin'an Talent Network. Other matters related to the interview will be notified later after the written test is completed.
10. Background investigation
Xin'an Talent Network verifies the candidate's ID card, financial risk record, academic degree, work experience, work performance and other relevant information through professional institutions, and issues a background Investigative Report.
11. Physical Examination
Based on the total test scores of the candidates, candidates for the physical examination will be determined in a 1:1 ratio according to the recruitment plan. . The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the physical examination standards for civil servants. If the candidate fails the physical examination or background check, the qualification of the candidate to be recruited will be cancelled, and the candidates who apply for the same position will be replaced in order from high score to low score. The replacement will only be done once.
12. Public announcement and employment
1. Based on the candidates’ test scores, physical examination results, and inspection materials, the candidates to be hired will be selected on the official website of the Huainan High-tech Zone Management Committee and the Xin’an Talent Network Public announcement, the public announcement period is 3 days, and if there is no objection to the public announcement, the newly hired staff will be confirmed.
2. Newly hired staff will have a probation period of 6 months. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probation period will sign a labor contract with the recruiting unit. The salary, five insurances and one housing fund for newly hired staff shall be implemented in accordance with the salary and other relevant systems of Huainan High-tech Investment Co., Ltd.
