Firstly, the bi-directional closed rigid waterproof casing is buried in the wall and perfectly combined with concrete.

Filling and fixing

When it is necessary to penetrate the pipeline, just knock off the wing rings at both ends of the waterproof casing, fill them with oil hemp or asbestos cement and compact them. Rigid waterproof casing is mostly filled with oil hemp and asbestos cement.

Detail processing

The steel sleeve and wing ring are made of A3 material and welded by T42 covered electrode to ensure durability.

Wall requirements

The thickness of concrete wall in waterproof casing should be at least 420mm. If the wall thickness is not enough, please thicken it accordingly to ensure that the sleeve diameter is 420 mm larger than the wing ring diameter.

Fixed wing ring

Don't forget to fix the wing ring when installing the pipeline!
