3. Military medical institutions shall implement special medical projects within the prescribed scope for servicemen who enjoy special medical care and their families, and give them free of charge. The special medical items mentioned in these Provisions include: pacemaker implantation, heart valve replacement, coronary artery bypass grafting, intraocular lens replacement, artificial joint replacement, hemodialysis (peritoneal dialysis), bone marrow transplantation, kidney transplantation, coronary balloon dilatation, coronary balloon dilatation and stent implantation, and radiofrequency catheter ablation.
