In addition, it is also possible that the method is wrong. This is my experience. Look:
First of all, you should exercise the finger strength of each finger: usually, you can hold an empty egg shape in your right hand on the table like practicing the piano, and then each finger can exert its strength independently (that is, the other fingers can't move) and play it flat and forward. One can practice finger strength, and the other can keep the balance between each finger and the desktop (that is, the chord plane on the piano). When practicing on the piano, I must grasp the angle, that is, the plane shape of nails and strings, because I have experience. I have just practiced the piano, practicing the string sweeping and the wheel finger, and several traces have been scraped off the piano board under the strings. Take your time, finger after finger. There are three points to pay attention to: first, the angles of elbows, joints, fingers and piano should be right; The second is the hand shape, that is, the hand shape (longan) held as a virtual egg cannot be deformed when practicing with one finger; Third, each finger should exert its strength separately, and it is not allowed to be lazy with other fingers or joints; After you are familiar with this, you should listen to the sound of each finger popping on the strings, with the same strength, not one big and one small. Then the teacher taught me to count "six". You have five fingers. In order to string the big finger and the little finger together, just say one, two, three, four, five and six in your mind so that you can't recognize any flaws, and you're done!
Finger strength is also insufficient. I have two experiences in this respect:
First, you can grasp it empty-handed and with both hands. First make a fist, then grab it hard in the air, open your fingers, and then withdraw it;
The second is to move bricks with finger strength, hands and pure finger strength.
Choose either of these two methods.
Pure personal experience, hope to adopt.
