There is no test opening ratio for this registration.
Written test
The content of the written test is "Basic Knowledge of Public Security", with a full score of 100 points. Please see the admission ticket for the specific test time and location of the written test. In order to ensure the quality of new recruits, a minimum passing score line for the written examination is set. Only candidates with a score of 60 points in the written examination can advance to the next round.

Qualification review
Before the interview, the High-tech Zone Management Committee will review the qualifications of the interview candidates. Review materials include application forms, valid identity documents, academic degree certificates, professional and technical qualification certificates, work experience certificates, current employer’s consent to apply and other relevant certificates required for the position, originals and copies of materials.
Those who fail the re-examination or commit fraud will be disqualified from the interview, and applicants for the same position will be replaced in order of their written test scores.
Interview
The interview is conducted using a unified structured interview method, which mainly examines the basic literacy, coordination and response, language expression ability and other comprehensive qualities of the candidates. The full interview score is 100 points. The specific time and location of the interview will be notified later.
According to the number of job recruitment plans, the candidates for the interview positions will be selected from the written test candidates at a ratio of 1:3 based on the written test scores for the same position from high to low.
If the actual number of interviewees is less than or equal to the number of job recruitment plans, the candidate's interview score must reach 70 points.
If there are multiple candidates with the same written test scores in the last place, they will all be determined as interview candidates. In order to ensure the quality of new recruits, a minimum passing score is set for the interview. Only candidates with an interview score of 60 points can advance to the next round.
Score synthesis
The final scores of the candidates will be published on the website of Suzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau based on the synthesis of written test scores and interview scores. The written test scores account for 50% and the interview scores account for 50%; the above scores are calculated on a percentage system.
Physical examination and inspection
According to the recruitment plan, the candidates for physical examination and inspection will be determined in a 1:1 ratio based on the total test scores from high to low.
Persons who have passed the physical examination are the objects of inspection. The inspection work shall be based on the requirements of the proposed position, comprehensively understand the inspection object, and provide objective and detailed inspection materials.
If there is a vacancy in the physical examination or inspection, the candidates will be filled in equal amounts in order from the highest score to the lowest score according to the position applied for and the total score of the examination, once each.
Announcement and Recruitment
Based on the candidates’ comprehensive examination scores and inspection status, combined with the job requirements and the candidates’ job adaptability, the High-tech Zone Management Committee will conduct a comprehensive study to determine the personnel to be hired. If any unqualified personnel are found during the publicity period, their employment qualifications will be canceled after verification. Vacancies within the same position will be filled sequentially based on the total examination results. If there is no objection after public announcement, the candidate will be identified as the recruiter of Suzhou Lichuang Human Resources Management Co., Ltd.
V. Salary and benefits
1. Newly hired personnel shall implement a probation period system in accordance with regulations. The probation period is 2 months. During the probation period, they only enjoy basic salary.
2. After the employee establishes an employment relationship with the employing unit and passes the assessment at the end of the probation period, the relevant employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with regulations. Social insurance and welfare benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the standards of state-owned enterprises in the park. 6. Discipline and Supervision
