1. Exercise therapy

2. Hands-free operation (technology)

Therapists treat diseases with both hands. The famous manipulations include Maitland's joint mobilization, chiropractic therapy in the United States (strictly speaking, massage in China's traditional medicine also belongs to the category of manipulations) and so on. ?

3. Instrument therapy (physical factor therapy)

Physical factors such as light, heat, cold, electricity, magnetism and pressure are used to stimulate the human body (strictly speaking, acupuncture in China also belongs to physical therapy), so as to achieve the effect of treating diseases.
