(A) the characteristics of plant configuration
First of all, the park is rich in plant species. There are about trees and shrubs 12 1 species in the park, belonging to 37 families and 77 genera. Many plant varieties are distributed in all parts of the park, which not only provide rich and colorful plant characteristics for the broad masses of the people, but also form a complete and rich garden landscape in coordination with the buildings, water bodies and rocks in the park.
Second, most of the plants in the garden are well developed and grow well. On the one hand, tall and strong plants can provide shade and sun protection for the citizens visiting the park, which has obvious greening and dust reduction effects; On the other hand, it also shows that garden builders fully consider the climate characteristics of Taiyuan, which is hot in summer and cold in winter, and the four seasons are distinct, and plan and allocate garden plants mainly with native tree species and domesticated tree species that can adapt to the local climate.
(b) Defects in factory configuration
First, the plant configuration in Yingze Park is rather messy.
Plants in the park are widely distributed, and most of them are in harmony with the buildings in the park, lacking the overall planning and layout, which makes it difficult for the tree species in the park to form a large-scale plant landscape that can show the characteristics of the tree species. This invisibly greatly reduces the role of plants in gardens. Although it is green, it is not beautified enough, and it has not become a famous and traditional plant appreciation atmosphere and scenery similar to Beijing's "Xiangshan Red Leaves".
Second, the plants in Yingze Park lack reasonable pruning and modeling.
The pruning and shaping mentioned in this paper is mainly aimed at trees. Some tall trees in the garden, such as Ailanthus altissima, have been very tall after several years of development, but their trunks are twisted and not very beautiful.
Suggestions on Improving Plant Configuration in Yingze Park
In view of the present situation and deficiency of plant allocation in parks, combined with the viewpoint of ecological gardens, "ecological gardens mainly refer to the garden green space system constructed under the guidance of ecological principles. In this system, the community composed of arbor, shrub, grass and vine is coordinated with each other, with complex levels and suitable seasons. Plants with different ecological characteristics can find their own positions and make full use of sunlight, air, land, nutrients and water. Suggestions for improvement are put forward from the following aspects.
First, on the premise of not changing the overall landscape effect of the park and ensuring the normal operation of various functions of the park, adjust the distribution position of some plants and supplement the number of some tree species, so that the same tree species with similar ornamental characteristics can be concentrated as much as possible, and make use of the park's rich topography to form a unified and coordinated plant landscape in a certain space.
Secondly, with sufficient financial and technical support, some plants with poor tree shape should be pruned and reshaped in the right season to ensure the survival of plants and give full play to their ornamental value.
Thirdly, Yingze Park also planted a small number of fruit tree varieties. Judging from the ecological relationship between tree species, some tree species will become host plants for the spread and boarding of fruit tree diseases and insect pests. Therefore, it is also necessary to study the relationship between trees in the park.
Tree species to carry out further evaluation work.
Fourthly, apart from ordinary trees and shrubs, Yingze Park also has some ancient and famous trees with a long history. While strengthening the supervision of plant protection, we should also pay attention to the ancient and famous trees in the park and set up brief explanatory signs. On the one hand, it can raise people's awareness of plant protection, on the other hand, it can develop and utilize ancient and famous trees, expand the influence of the park and explore potential humanistic values.
