Plastic surgeons' deep understanding of plastic needs from the perspective of plastic surgeons provides a foundation for the further development of micro-plastic surgery. Since 2007, an obvious feature of the development of medical plastic surgery institutions in China is that private enterprises have developed faster than large hospitals. The reason is that private enterprises have closer communication with plastic surgeons and pay more attention to their needs. Private enterprises have stronger R&D needs and innovative consciousness than national plastic surgery institutions.
