This method specifies the calculation level, items and methods of the processing price of color die castings.

This method is suitable for the processing of non-ferrous alloy die castings.

This method adopts itemized accounting and centralized quotation to realize accurate and reasonable cost calculation.

3 Non-ferrous metal die-casting processing price

3. 1 The processing price of die castings produced by processing with supplied materials shall be calculated according to the formula (1). ).

Formula (1. ):

Processing price = basic mold closing fee+smelting fee+price increase of complex parts+price increase of parts with specific requirements.

3.2 The processing price of die castings produced by contract packaging shall be calculated according to Formula (2).

Formula (2):

Processing price = basic clamping fee+melting fee+price increase of complex parts+price increase of specific parts+material price of die-casting parts.

3.2. 1 Basic mold closing fee, smelting fee, price increase for complex parts and price increase for parts with special requirements shall be implemented according to 3. 1.2, 3. 1.3, 3. 1.4.

3.2.2 The price level of die casting materials shall be calculated according to the following formula (3).

Formula (3):

Die casting material price = material unit price × material consumption quota+management fee and profit.

3.2.2. 1 self-matching gold

The unit price of materials is A when ordering. . The processing price of magnesium alloy die casting is 30% higher than that of aluminum-zinc alloy die casting.

5. The processing price of die casting stipulated in Article 3 of the present Measures does not include the cost of die trial. If the mold provided by the entrusting party needs to be tested, both parties shall negotiate the test fee according to the complexity of the mold.

6. The surface of die casting needs sandblasting, shot blasting, surface coating, passivation and electroplating, and the production of tools made by manufacturers needs to increase the corresponding processing costs.

7. If the entrusting party requires the test bar to undergo physical and chemical inspection and other special inspection items according to the furnace and parts pouring, the corresponding expenses will be increased separately.

8. Die castings that need metal cutting (including large parts that cut off the waste edge of the gate) are charged according to the actual consumption per hour of the machine tool.

If the mold is produced by the entrusting party, in the production process, if the mold needs to be repaired, the minor repair costs shall be borne by the manufacturer, and the major and medium repair costs shall be charged to the entrusting party according to the actual situation.
