Methods/steps
Everybody get the materials ready first. Just a spoonful of corn oil, and I use the yeast from the supermarket 1 RMB 1. The bag contains 15g, 5g each time, two eggs, 20g of sugar, more sugar if you like, and 7 to 10ml of milk. Bread must use high-gluten flour, and I used 220ml.
First, beat two eggs into the bread bucket.
Stir two eggs, add milk, sugar and oil in turn, and then stir.
Then, pour in the high-gluten noodles, poke a small hole in the high-gluten noodles with your fingers, and pour in 5 grams of yeast.
Put the bread bucket into the toaster, cover it and select the automatic standard bread program, which takes about 3 hours.
After the bread has dried for about 5 minutes, we can turn on the toaster and have a look at the bread barrel. If only the flour in it was at this level. If it is dry, add some water. On the contrary, if it is too thin, add a little flour.
