? Target-HIC series hydrophobic interaction chromatographic columns are specially designed and developed for efficient separation of protein, oligonucleotides and peptides. As shown in the following table, Target-HIC series consists of two ligands (butyl and phenyl) with different hydrophobicity from low to high, which are bonded to non-porous PS/DVB filler through butyl.
Non-porous hydrophobic packing with narrow particle size distribution can effectively separate protein, such as monoclonal antibodies (MAb), antibody-coupled drugs (ADC) and related protein fragments of DNA and oligonucleotides.
