First, conservative treatment. If the patient's hydrosalpinx is light and needs to give birth, it can be treated by oral anti-inflammatory and blood-activating drugs under the guidance of a doctor, or enema physiotherapy and intrauterine injection of drugs.

Second, puncture treatment. Ultrasound-guided puncture therapy is mainly used, which is more suitable for patients with hydrosalpinx and no fertility needs. However, after puncture treatment, the disease is easy to recur, and anti-inflammatory drugs need to be used additionally.

Third, surgical treatment. If patients with hydrosalpinx have fertility needs, they can choose laparoscopic surgery. If the effect of surgical treatment is not good, tubal ligation can be performed first, and then assisted reproductive technology can be performed. Tubal effusion is caused by chronic tubal inflammation, and inflammatory exudates accumulate in the lumen of fallopian tube. According to the severity of water accumulation, it can be divided into three types: mild, moderate and severe.

If the diameter of hydrops is less than 1cm, the umbrella-shaped end of fallopian tube is basically intact, which is mild hydrops, and the treatment effect is good. If the diameter of hydrosalpinx is 1-3cm, the structure of oviduct umbrella can still be recognized, and it is moderate hydrosalpinx. If it is moderate effusion, the pregnancy rate will be affected after treatment. If the diameter of hydrosalpinx is greater than 3cm and the umbrella-shaped end of the fallopian tube is completely embedded, it is severe hydrosalpinx, and the treatment effect is poor and the natural pregnancy rate after operation is low. If hydrosalpinx is found, hysteroscopy combined with tubal plastic surgery is generally recommended. Even if bilateral hydrosalpinx and tubal function have been completely lost, salpingectomy is needed to avoid the inflammation of IVF in the future and affect the implantation of fertilized eggs.
