Dr William Rush (tom ellis) is a visiting doctor, but he doesn't belong to any hospital. He is very picky about his patients, and he will never come to his house unless he meets his requirements. He asked the patients to pay a lot of cash rewards, and he held a party after seeing the doctor. He claims that he never evaluates these "unclean" customers, but he can't be 100% "immune" to those ugly phenomena. He had no intention of changing his way of life-until an old lover suddenly appeared, which made him think about his conscience and moral sense.
