Parts require two axes to be on the same straight line, to what extent? Two-axis deviation is usually a combination of three situations (the reference axis is an ideal straight line)-the measured axis is bent, the measured axis is inclined, and the measured axis is deviated.
Use:
1. Accurate measurement of roundness, concentricity, circumferential runout and section difference of shaft parts.
2. Accurate measurement of the parameters of the outer circle and the inner circle of shaft parts at the same time;
3. Simultaneous and accurate measurement of multi-point parameters of shaft parts;
4, rapid measurement, fault plane, inner circle and outer circle can be measured at the same time.

Measurement method:
Straightness method
Several circles with cross sections are measured on the measured component and the reference component, and then these circles are selected to construct a 3D straight line, and the coaxiality is about twice that of the straightness. It is best to measure the collected circle when measuring. If it is measured on a sector, the deviation calculated by the measurement software may be great.
