Conduct geotechnical tests at the soil source to provide various test data for earthwork and roadbed construction.
2. Test section: Before subgrade starts, select a representative section with a length of not less than 1m as the test section under the supervision engineer's side station, and carry out compaction test; And report the test results to the supervision engineer for approval. During the test, record the type of equipment, the best man-machine combination mode, rolling times, rolling speed, loose laying thickness and water content of each layer of material, etc. According to the test data, construction measures are formulated to guide subgrade construction. If the soil quality is found to be inconsistent with the design documents during construction and the roadbed cannot be constructed, the construction unit shall contact Party A and the design unit in time to formulate corresponding treatment measures.
3. Roadbed construction and leveling: After each pipeline trench under the roadbed is backfilled to a position 15㎝ below the height of the roadbed, the roadbed construction will be carried out uniformly, so that the roadbed has better integrity. Roadbed construction is mainly based on machinery, supplemented by manpower (humus soil, weeds, garbage, tree roots and building foundations in farmland within the scope of the roadbed should be removed before construction), and old foundation pits, tree pits and ditches of the original buildings should be treated with backfill sand or 9% lime soil, and backfilled below the roadbed in layers according to the requirements of technical regulations for municipal engineering construction.
The road bed shaping construction shall be leveled by a grader. After the initial compaction by an 8-1 ton smooth roller, the line shall be hung up or a level shall be used to check the elevation of the center line of the road bed and the shaping of the road arch one by one, and the thickness of the treatment layer and the smoothness of the road bed shall be checked in time until the longitudinal and transverse slopes of each section meet the design requirements.
