9. Southeast of Linggu Temple As early as the Ming Dynasty, the famous Meihuawu next to Linggu Temple was the largest plum viewing resort in Nanjing at that time. At the end of Ming Dynasty, Xu Wei's Plum Blossom Map of Zhongshan depicts the landscape of "Longpan Resort, Plum Blossom in Spring Breeze", which is painted here. According to historical records, Meihuawu is located in the southeast of Linggu Temple, in the area of Dongwazi Village, that is, on the north side of Zhongshan Sports Park and on both sides of Lingdong Road.
It turns out that there is an ancient Song Mei in the Forty Scenes of Jinling. Now, there is a plum blossom beside Deng's tomb near Linggu Temple. In addition, there are several Bai Mei strains in Xiamafang area.
