The town is located in the alluvial plain of the Yellow River, with high terrain in the west and low terrain in the east, and flat land, with a total area of 597 1 hectare, including 4246 hectares of cultivated land and silt in the north of Nansha. There is little rain in winter and spring and abundant precipitation in summer. The annual precipitation is about 650 mm, the annual average temperature is 13.4℃, and the average frost-free period is about 200 days. The main rivers are Dongyu River, Anji River and Nanpo River. Crops suitable for planting mainly include wheat, corn, soybean, millet, cotton, sweet potato, peanut and various vegetables. Intercropping area of crops and paulownia is 2 100 hectare. Wencheng Highway runs through Bole Town and is connected with Liaoshang Highway, Ding Feng Highway and Zaocao Highway.
