Yes East Lake is located in the center of Haikou. There are two lakes in the park, east and west, just like two shining mirrors embedded on both sides of the park. In order to attract tourists and citizens to visit East Lake, Haikou Municipal People's Government has equipped pedal boats, battery boats, hand-cranked boats and other cruise ships in East Lake. Haikou, also known as "Coconut City", is a prefecture-level city and provincial capital under the jurisdiction of Hainan Province, a national "Belt and Road" strategic fulcrum city, a core city of Hainan Free Trade Port, and an important node city of Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration.
