First, choose a suitable plastic material, such as polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), which is easy to heat and form. Then, the plastic material is heated above the melting point, usually between 150-200 degrees Celsius. Heating can be done by hot air gun, hot plate or hot water immersion. Once the plastic material reaches a proper temperature, it can be molded into the shape of a handle by using a mold or by hand. Finally, the plastic ring is cooled and solidified to keep its shape.
