If the employing unit violates the regulations and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of female employees, female employees may complain, report or appeal to the relevant administrative departments according to law, apply for mediation and arbitration to the labor and personnel dispute mediation and arbitration institution according to law, or bring a lawsuit to the people's court.
