Bending problem of thick plate: the thickness is 36mm, the material is Q345, and the bending direction is perpendicular to the rolling direction. Find the minimum bending radius.
No matter transverse bending or longitudinal bending, there should be no plate crack, and the maximum deflection changes differently. If the tonnage pressure of the press is sufficient (I don't know how long the bending width of the plate is), and the short side of the bending is more than 200mm, a 90-degree gap with an opening of 280~300mm should be adopted, and the minimum internal R should be kept at about 48 ~ 52 mm. If the internal R is small, it may be that the upper die is pressed in place during the pressing stroke, but the bending radius 150mm is much easier to bend 90 degrees, which may be a problem with the plate.
