Process principle of 1

An indwelling grounding test point is drawn from the lightning protection grounding down lead of the building to test the grounding resistance of the building. 2 process flow

3. 1 embedded flat steel

Weld φ 12 galvanized round steel or 40mm×4mm galvanized flat steel outside the lead-out column of the lightning protection downlead of the building, and use the 40mm×4mm galvanized flat steel as the test point before entering the box. The lap length between flat steel and flat steel is twice the width of flat steel, the lap length between round steel is 6d, the lap length between flat steel and round steel is 6d, and the height of measuring point is 0.5m from the ground.

3.2 Box Installation

The mouth of the box is flush with the wall. First, level the galvanized flat steel and adjust its position, drill φ 12 holes in the galvanized flat steel, and then open the box on the wire box and enter the box, which is located in the center of the box.

3.3 Making test points

Install φ 10 galvanized bolt, washer, locking washer and butterfly nut in the galvanized flat steel drilling hole. All fittings are galvanized, and the butterfly nut is located in the center of the box.

3.4 Installation of panels and signs

Fix the panel on the wire box with screws, print or spray the grounding sign on the panel, or paste the signboard as a way to create excellence.

3.5 Excellence in practice

In the excellent project, the box and panel are inserted into the bottom box and panel with square copper surface, the butterfly nut is connected with braided soft copper wire, and the other end of braided soft copper wire is crimped with copper nose for grounding test. The copper plate is fixed on the embedded box with screws (see figure 10- 1). Stick a copper and stainless steel sign 50 mm above the test point. The signboard shall indicate the grounding test point, grounding symbol, construction unit and number (see figure 10-2). Other practices are as above.
