It is suggested that you should not only care about salary when looking for a job (in fact, there is little difference, your income is actually distributed according to work, and the only comparable thing is guaranteed salary). You should combine employee benefits, holidays, accommodation and so on. It seems that when I visited Royal Shoes recently, it seemed that their employees were eating out. I wonder if their factory has its own canteen dormitory?
