1. The concrete pouring of high-rise buildings mainly depends on the conveying capacity of ground pumps to convey concrete vertically. First of all, in the process of floor formwork support, the hole of pump pipe should be reserved to ensure that the pump pipe can pass through the floor along the hole and reach the concrete working face.

2. Assemble the pump pipe: calculate the length of the pump pipe according to the site conditions, and assemble the pump pipe according to the preset holes. The length of pump pipe is generally 3m, 2m, 1m, etc. There are also 90-degree and 45-degree bends. Assemble as required. In the process of assembly, avoid too many elbows, resulting in pipe blockage during concrete pouring.

3. Cloth distributor connected to the flat plate: The function of the flat plate cloth distributor is to pour concrete on the construction surface through the conduit, and the requirements of the construction surface can be met through the multi-angle rotation of the cloth distributor, thus ensuring the pouring of concrete in all parts.

4. Rent the ground pump: After assembling the floor riser and horizontal pipe, before concrete pouring, drive the ground pump truck to the construction site and put it into the assembly of the ground pump truck conduit. The premise is that the height of the horizontal pipe should be determined according to the height of the conduit of the ground pump truck, so as to ensure that the conduit of the ground pump truck and the horizontal pump pipe can be closely connected.

5. After the assembly is completed, use the tower crane to lift the elbow of the floor cloth machine, manually control the elbow to pull the rope, and aim the cloth mouth at the place where the concrete is poured. The concrete mixer discharges the concrete into the hopper of the ground pump truck, and the concrete is transported to the construction operation surface under the high pressure of the ground pump truck.
