It is legal to change organs in September 2022. Medical institutions engaged in human organ transplantation according to relevant public information shall, in accordance with the regulations on the administration of medical institutions, apply to the health authorities of the local people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government for registration of human organ transplantation. No organization or individual may buy or sell human organs in any form, or engage in activities related to buying or selling human organs.
