How to make cut red date cake
Soak the red dates and glutinous rice for four or five hours in cold water, or 2 hours in boiling water
Peel the red dates. Put it into a pot of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, then take it out
Drain the glutinous rice and put it into a steamer that has steamed out the steam for 15 to 20 minutes (red dates can be steamed at the same time)
< p> Take out the glutinous rice and pour it into the boiling water. Stir while pouring the boiling water so that the glutinous rice can fully absorb the water.
