2. Post-harvest treatment
(1) The harvested squid should be immediately transferred from the greenhouse to the grading room at 5 ~ 6℃. If you are in the field, you can insert the lower part of the cut flower branch 20 ~ 25 cm directly into the water at room temperature to reduce the influence of field heat.
(2) Classify the flower branches according to the classification standard of cut flowers.
(3) Each bunch of 25 flowers is arranged on the same plane, and each flower head is covered with a thin plastic bag.
(4) Put the classified bouquets back into the cold storage, and soak the branches and stems in the fresh-keeping liquid.
(5) Fresh-keeping treatment of Chinese rose. The preservative solution is: sugar 3.5%, fresh vegetables 2500mg/kg, aluminum sulfate 100mg/kg, citric acid 1000mg/kg, thiazine 100mg/kg.
Preserve the flower branches in antiseptic solution for 3-4 hours or longer. Before shipment, the stem base of dried flower branches should be cut off again and soaked in fresh-keeping liquid for 4 ~ 6 hours.
3. Shipping and listing
Cut roses are usually packed in cartons of100cm * 50cm * 30.5cm.. Contains 500 large roses or 1000 medium roses. The corrugated lining of the inner layer of the carton is made of polystyrene foam, glass fiber or polyurethane, which plays the role of thermal insulation. Every 5 bundles are staggered in cartons, and each layer of stems is covered with veneer plywood and thin ice sheets to keep cool. Packaging should be carried out in a cold environment. In order to keep the box cold, cartons should be frozen before sealing and covering, even before packaging. If long-distance transportation is needed, when the internal temperature of the carton reaches 2℃, it should be cooled during transportation. Therefore, long-distance transshipment packaging cartons should be made into special structural boxes with holes at both ends, so that cold air can be introduced from refrigerated trucks at any time on the way, and the temperature condition of 65438 0℃ should be maintained during the whole transportation process.
